Blueberry Pear Smoothie (Two Ways)

When life hands you blueberries, you make this Blueberry Pear Smoothie! The color alone is beautiful, but this smoothie is good for you too!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1 red pear cored
  • 1 cup ice
  • cups lemon yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  • Cut and core a whole pear into chunks.
  • Add all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve!

Notes

You can also freeze any leftover smoothie for a few hours, scrape with a spoon and serve!
