Ingredients
2clovesgarlicsmashed and peeled
1largeshallotpeeled and quartered
1limejuiced
3/4inchgingerroughly chopped
1/4cuplow-sodium tamari
1/4cuplight olive oil
1tablespoonhoney
1/8teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
1¼poundsturkey breast tenderloins
Instructions
Place turkey in a shallow dish.
Combine the garlic, ginger and shallots in a mini-food processor and process until minced. Next add the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, lime juice and black pepper.
Blend until thoroughly combined. Pour marinade over turkey and let sit at room temperature for 25-30 minutes. Preheat grill to medium heat and cook for 6-8 minutes per side or until done. Let rest for 5 minutes.
