Ingredients
1cupunsalted buttersoftened
1cupgranulated sugar
3/4cupdark brown sugar
2largeeggs
1¼cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1½cupunbleached all-purpose flour
1teaspoonbaking soda
1teaspoonbaking powder
2cupswhite chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°. Grease or line a couple cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl; whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda.
In a large bowl cream together the butter and both of the sugars until light and creamy.
Add in one egg at a time until well blended.
Gradually add in the cocoa/flour mixture.
Use a spatula and gently mix in the white chocolate chips and spoon out onto prepared pans. You might want to pat them flat a bit with your fingertips because they won’t spread like regular cookies would.
Bake in your preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
Cookies will be puffed up a bit but will settle as they cool. Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
