- 2 avocados diced
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 medium Roma tomato
- 1/2 medium red onion diced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup feta cheese freshly crumbled
- kosher salt to taste
Combine the diced avocado, lemon juice, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, chopped parsley and stir.
Taste and season with kosher salt as desired.
Serve with chips.
