1/2cupextra thick old fashioned oatsI use Bob's Red Mill
1/4cupfinely chopped walnutsplus more for serving
1teaspoonchia seedplus more for serving
1/2teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1cupmilkof choice
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mash up the banana with a fork.
Add in the brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Add in the oats, walnuts and chia seeds, vanilla and milk. Stir to combine and cover with plastic wrap before refrigerating overnight.
Divide into bowls and reheat or serve immediately.
