This is the best 10-minute Roasted Broccoli Recipe EVER. Known to flip broccoli haters (i.e. kids) to broccoli lovers! The key? Plenty of oil and a hot, HOT oven so the broccoli will crisp and caramelize. Serve this as a side dish with chicken, steak or your favorite stir-fry!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound broccoli more or less is fine.
  • 2 tablespoons extra light olive oil
  • kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 475℉ (or 245℃).
  • Cut broccoli in to bite-size florets and place on a metal, rimmed sheet pan. Drizzle with oil and toss with your hands.
  • Arrange the broccoli so any cut sides are flat on the sheet pan.
  • Sprinkle generously with pinches kosher salt and slide into your preheated oven for 4 minutes. Rotate the pan and continue to roast for 4 more minutes or until the bottoms are caramelized and deeply golden.
