Cut broccoli in to bite-size florets and place on a metal, rimmed sheet pan. Drizzle with oil and toss with your hands.
Arrange the broccoli so any cut sides are flat on the sheet pan.
Sprinkle generously with pinches kosher salt and slide into your preheated oven for 4 minutes. Rotate the pan and continue to roast for 4 more minutes or until the bottoms are caramelized and deeply golden.
