Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground bay leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a glass jar or storage container, measure and add paprika, cayenne pepper, celery salt, ground mustard, black pepper and bay leaf, fine sea salt, smoked paprika, allspice, ground ginger, nutmeg, cardamom and cinnamon. 
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Secure the lid tightly and store in a dry, dark place for up to 6 months or longer.
