Ginger Sesame Slaw

Fresh. Easy. Delicious.

I make a slaw for lunch or dinner just about once a week. It’s easy, loaded with veggies and adds texture and flavor to any main. In this ginger sesame version, shredded cabbage, carrots, sliced green onions and serrano chile pepper (or jalapeño) are tossed in a quick and easy, 6-ingredient dressing. I like to serve this alongside grilled chicken but could easily eat this with any protein or just as it is.
